Our online project management tracking system gives you 24/7access to the milestones, tasks, messages, files, and other important project management data for anyone involved in working on the project or the progress. We are not about the endless email or phone tag games, although the system is so simple in works within your email program. We are more about working effectively, about executing on the work, and about completing your project on time and on budget. Using Project Path is about accountability to your vision.

Our next step in the AXXESS development process is interacting with you… again. We have an initial discovery interview (one of our partners is an attorney) which we talk about what you want to create. This discussion creates our AXXESS Project Design Guide. This document outlines the vision, requests, style, functions, and other important details of your web development project. Our designers don’t begin serious thought about a project until they read the design guide. Often more questions arise and more answers are known. It is called having a plan to go from start up to online success.

We understand the important role design, colors, and the organization’s branding plays in creating engaging, memorable websites and we are masters at integrating all these design elements into the final website.

Once the Design Guide and project deliverables have been documented, Axxess Unlimited assigns the required talents to the project and immediately begins development tasks to produce the website. There are many components from content, logos, pictures, and business decisions that must be integrated into the project during the development process. Our dedicated Account Executives work directly with you and the designers to ensure that the content required to meet development timelines can be delivered in a timely and usable fashion.

 

JOURNEY.

 

It still takes 22 hours to fly around the world on a supersonic airplane, so don’t expect great results via FedEx Overnight.

The site will not hatch or spontaneously appear overnight. Our process continues with the first visual or online milestone being a sitemap and wireframe for your approval. These tools provide the website outline and a conceptual layout of the website home page. Upon approval of the sitemap and wireframe, the designers will create a custom layout, critiqued by other designers and the Creative Director before they submit the visual concept through the online project management system for your approval.

 

CONSTRUCTION.

 

Put on some gloves, grab a shovel, and help out. It is YOUR website.

We find that project timelines are most affected by the ability to gather the required customer-provided information and content than any other factor in web development. Providing us with your words, pictures, timely decisions, making hard choices, are the backbone of creating your site. We provide the pen, paper, ink, and a dictionary but we cannot write it for you. We can help and this is the step in the process where it starts to really come together.
